HHC can be applied to all kinds of oily sewage treatment in oil gas field and refinery. It uses the density difference of
liquid to separate oil droplets from the water by centrifugal separation produced by fluid diversion structure. Oil-water
separation effect mainly depends on the particle size of oil droplet and oil/water density difference, the larger the particle
size and density difference are, the higher the oil water separation efficiency.
Compared with the traditional products, our de-oiling type HHC has its characteristics, unique hydraulic power calculating
design, high precision casting and processing, especially the CSS, a core component being set in swirl chamber used for
stabilizing and leading flow.
1) Small resistance loss, good condition adaptability: the erosion is reduced by the optimization of the entrance structure
and the improvement of the internal flow passage material;
2) High separation efficiency is guaranteed by precision fabrication and proper installation;
3) Unique oil collecting mouth design can avoid the backmixing of oil and water;

Under normal conditions:
Inlet and outlet differential pressure 300~500KPa
Oil removal rate is above 95% when inlet oil conc. is 1000~10000ppm;
Oil removal rate is above 90% when inlet oil conc. is 500~1000ppm;
Oil removal rate is above 80% when inlet oil conc. is 100~500ppm
Oil removal rate is based on the quality of oily sewage and oil particle diameter.
Saudi Aramco IWS System Project
The equipment includes two hydrocyclones, water treatment is 66m3/h.
First stage: inlet oil conc. is 5000ppm，outlet oil conc. is 93-107ppm, second stage: outlet oil conc. is 22-29ppm.
